I started in laser engraving and quickly found a bottleneck: setup time. To solve it, I designed reusable jigs and fixtures that lock parts in place for perfect alignment. Demand grew, one printer became two, and rather than build a giant print farm, I began offering the source files so makers could print and use the jigs themselves.
