Digital download laser cut files for a hat burning jig for 300mm laser beds — designed to help hold hats steady and centered during laser engraving on smaller-bed machines. Includes vector cut files for two jig versions (outer frames and crown openings), in SVG and LightBurn (.lbrn2) formats. Designed for narrow 300mm laser beds, with two height options (140mm and 120mm) and two crown opening sizes, plus solid-bottom options. Built for 3.5mm material (MDF, plywood, chipboard, or cardboard). No hardware required; a small amount of glue can be used for added rigidity. Need a different material thickness? Message me and I can build a version sized to your material. Digital download only — no physical item ships. Finished engraved hats made with this jig may be sold for personal or small-business use; digital files may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. Commercial license available by request.
