Sized for lasers with a 300mm x 420mm bed — designed for makers whose laser bed is too narrow for the standard-size Ultimate Hat Jig. Note: engraving may need to be done in sections with manual hat rotation on this bed size; check your machine specs before ordering. Gives a stable platform, a one hat-ring system, and total control over hat placement for clean, consistent burns on felt and suede hats. One included Edge-to-Edge Pin Ring (low-profile, clears the laser head, holes every 20mm) secured with 6mm x 35mm fasteners or glued. 2mm anchor holes across the main platform for custom pin placement. Machine compatibility: minimum 300mm x 420mm x 160mm (deep) bed — works with any laser that can accommodate this size. Removable feet for a wider footprint; platform holes to bolt down if needed. Overall dimensions 300mm x 420mm x 165mm (height); opening 205mm x 175mm. What you get: 3MF original files (all components, leg + foot included) and 3MF sliced files ready to print on Bambu or compatible slicers. Digital files only — no physical product ships.
