The Gen 2 Ultimate Hat Engraving Jig solves the biggest frustrations with wide-brim hat engraving — rocking crowns, tilting brims, misalignment, and laser head collisions. Edge-to-Edge Pin Ring: low-profile design keeps the laser head clear of collisions, with pins every 20mm along the hat edge for fast, precise setup. Rotating Base Platform: nylon wheel rotation with precision marker lines on the base plate for repeatable positioning on every run. Full-Surface Anchor Grid: 2mm anchor holes across the entire main platform for exact pin placement, repeatable every time. Crown Pinning Ring: underside ring locks the crown in place when engraving the top of the hat — no shifting, no ruined blanks. Complete and ready to build, minor assembly required (legs). Overall dimensions: 425mm x 395mm x 145mm. Hat opening: 205mm x 175mm. Compatible with any laser with a minimum 430mm x 400mm bed and 150mm Z-axis clearance. Tested with WillieAndDollyDesign Vegan Suede Hat Blanks and Hobby Lobby white felt hats.
