Digital laser-cutter template for the original Ultimate Hat Jig — engrave felt and vegan suede hats with repeatable, precise alignment. Includes two interchangeable hat-ring systems: the "Lock It In" Ring (fastens to your laser's XY table with M5x35mm bolts, tucks the brim under a lip, best for seam-to-seam engraving) and the "Edge-to-Edge" Pin Ring (low-profile, pins every 20mm, glued or taped in place). 2mm anchor holes across the main platform for stable positioning. Designed around the xTool D1, compatible with most diode and CO2 lasers with a bed of at least 420mm x 420mm; also works well with the xTool P3. Overall dimensions: 420mm x 420mm x 165mm(H); hat opening 205mm x 175mm. Includes 4 files: assembly instructions PDF, original 3MF file, sliced 3MF file, and ring-only 3MF file. Hardware needed (not included): optional legs (10M x 1"), seam supports (8x 5mm x 25mm fastener+nut), and Ring #1 fasteners (8x M5x35mm, optional but recommended). Print settings: 35%+ support threshold recommended, 15% infill (10% for the table). Digital download only — you supply and cut/print your own materials.
