Digital cut files for engraving soft felt or vegan-suede hats — holds each crown steady for crisp, centered laser patterns. Cuts from common 3mm materials (MDF, plywood, chipboard, cardboard). Includes vector files for two jig sizes, each with a solid-bottom variant: Option A (compact, approx. 390mm x 390mm x 160mm, crown opening approx. 206mm x 176mm) and Option B (original SDD design, approx. 400mm x 400mm x 150mm, same crown opening, with a larger approx. 225mm x 196mm underside opening for bigger crowns). Scaled for hobby lasers with larger beds (xTool D1/D1 Pro and similar diode/CO2 setups). Files included: SVG and LightBurn (.lbrn2), 2 files total. No hardware required — glue for rigidity. Personal and small-business use — you may sell finished engraved hats made with this jig; the files themselves may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. Commercial license available on request. Please note: this is a raw cut file for laser cutting and engraving — if you're not familiar with editing SVG or LightBurn files, or don't own a laser cutter, this product is not for you.
